Commenting happens on Wecora boards.
Commenting on individual items.
You have the ability to comment on a board item directly by clicking on the item and then posting the comment via the right-hand sidebar.
Once the comment is posted, anyone who has joined the board with editing permissions will be notified via email that the comment was posted.
Please note that all updates to the board are live as well, so if you both are viewing the board at the same time, you will automatically see comments as they are coming through...pretty efficient, huh?!?
Collaboration in this way keeps communication simple, focused, and organized (no more texts or endless emails to sort through in an attempt to remember what was discussed...hooray!).
Any items that have comments posted will be quickly identified with a comment icon:

You can also comment on the board at anytime.
Click on the comment icon at the top of any board and a right-hand sidebar will appear. Comments will be accessible here in a chronological stream format.
Deleting comments
Please note - comments cannot be deleted by either party (including you) after about 15 minutes, so please edit accordingly. Why? Good question! Two reasons....
An email is sent out to whomever you've shared the board with after that time, notifying them that a comment has been posted. Conversely, when they comment back, you will receive an email notification as well. This action is triggered to keep the project momentum going. None of this "Hey, I posted a comment, check it out" nonsense is needed:)
We want your Wecora boards to be a place for project documentation along the way. If comments weren't locked in at some point, can you image what happens when a client removes a commenting stating "Yes, I'd like to authorize the purchase" or if a team member deleted the confirmed desired fabric and accidentally reposted the wrong information...yikes! This just keeps everyones' best interest at the forefront.
