You can add welcome messages at any time to a board by going to FILE>PROPERTIES and adding the message from there.

That's it! Now when you share the board, those receiving it will be greeted with a nice message overlay on the board prior to seeing the board itself. Wanna see what yours looks like? From the board, go to VIEW>PUBLIC VIEW and you can check it out from there.
