The List View is simply another way to view items placed on your boards. Any changes that you make to item details on the list view will automatically be reflected in your board view as well. These lists are very powerful for visual budgeting, exporting as invoices, and ultimately closing sales much faster.

Click to toggle between views at any time.

You'll notice that this view calculates your entire board as well as each individual group...how cool is that? (Bye, bye Excel!)

If you want to see how removing an item or adding it in will affect your overall budget, simpy check and uncheck the blue boxes on the left side and pricing will be updated accordingly.

Want to set an overall board budget so that this is reflected within this view? From the board, go to FILE>PROPERTIES and then edit your budget from there. This info will then be displayed on the list view, letting you know how far over or under your budget you currently are.

This view is where you select certain items to export to other places such as Quickbooks or wherever you do your invoicing.

Need to export this view? From the board, go to FILE>EXPORT>PDF REPORT and a nice PDF report is generated (and with your branding/logo!) for you to share or print as necessary. What's really helpful is that the links you've chosen to make visible (from sources) are "live" here, so they are actually "clickable".

If you do still need Excel for some reason, you can export directly via this view too (File> EXPORT>EXCEL).

As you can see, this view is powerful to your overall Wecora experience and should help with making decisions around ideas much more efficient.
