You have the ability to comment on a board item (directly under the item) or on the board overall (right-hand sidebar).  

When others you've shared a board with join the board, they'll get to comment back! This keeps communication simple, focused, and organized (no more texts or endless emails to sort through in an attempt to remember what was discussed...hooray!).

* Please note - comments cannot be deleted by either party (including you) after about 15 minutes, so please edit accordingly. Why? Good question! Two reasons....

An email is sent out to whomever you've shared the board with after that time, notifying them that a comment has been posted. Conversely, when they comment back, you will receive an email notification as well. This action is triggered to keep the project momentum going. None of this "Hey, I posted a comment, check it out" nonsense is needed:)

We want your Wecora boards to be a place for project documentation along the way. If comments weren't locked in at some point, can you image what happens when a client removes a commenting stating "Yes, I'd like to authorize the purchase" or if a team member deleted the confirmed desired fabric and accidentally reposted the wrong information...yikes! This just keeps everyones' best interest at the forefront.
