There are SO many ways to quickly add items to your Wecora boards! This part is meant to be super fast, so please ensure you know the power here!
Basically, if you want to add an item, click the big orange button from any Wecora board. From there, you have options!
Upload - Images, documents, videos, floorplans and more!
Your Wecora image library - This is AUTO-ORGANIZED for you! Every time you add any image to any board, we'll store a copy of that image here (organized by project/board). This way, you can drag and drop the item on to any board when you'd like to in the future. And guess what? All of the item details comes in too! No need to ever source, price, or look up those details again. Cool huh?
Labels - Add labels to your Wecora board images (click on the board item > LABELS). This way you organize them internally in a way that you choose to find them later on. We find many pros create labels for specific manufacturers, their favorite items, or labels based on a certain collection (i.e. "trim paints", "go-to fans", etc). Be sure to see additional articles on labels...there's so much more!
Built-in web search - type in anything you're looking for here just as you would doing a "Google"....be as generic ("cream paint colors") or as specific ("Sherwin Williams Winter White") as you'd like. The image source comes in too, so that's neat!
Integrated Libraries - Here you'll find our current libraries that are integrated within Wecora. These libraries are a time saver as they have up-to-date pricing and details already for you. Please let us know what libraries you want to see here...we're definitely looking to expand these.

Dropbox- we're fully integrated!
Text images from your phone to Wecora - sync your phone number with your Wecora account (MY ACCOUNT>EDIT ACCOUNT>AUTHENTICATE PHONE), then once sync is successful, select any photo or video from your phone, tap to send it to whatever contact you saved Wecora's number as (we recommend something like "Wecora Images"). You'll be notified that the message was successful and find it under SMS IMAGES on the sidebar. *Please note that SMS functionality is currently only available to phone numbers within the US.
9. List cards - these cards are AMAZING ways to stay organized with project tasks. Add as many as you like (we see some brainstorming boards with nothing but these cards, but then you can check and uncheck items as you work along, keeping everyone up to date that "yes, I have sourced the kitchen faucet".
10. Note cards - need to add a bit of text to boards? Go for it! You can edit the text or even the note color for fun.
11. Links - want to add a link to a product, install guide, vision, etc? Do so at any time!
