When creating a board, you can switch between four different main views by clicking the dropdown at the top of the board:

The four view options are:

  • Detailed View. This view contains all the main details about each item, including the last comment made and any votes your clients may have given.

  • Grid View. This view shows a square for each item with just the name and pinned labels for distraction free board creation.

  • Budget View. This view allows you to quickly edit and view your product costs and prices, as well as see profit, loss and margins.

  • Present. This view is designed to be used when presenting with a client right next to you and allows you to select exactly what you want visible on the board.

These views are ONLY visible to you and other members of your team that you shared the board with as editors. They are NOT visible to your clients.

To see what your clients see, click on SHARE and then COPY LINK to select the items you would want them to see and create a temporary link. Click here for more information on client sharing.
