Labeling images in Wecora most definitely is not necessary. Wecora utilizes AI to auto assign key words to any image you add to your library, making finding the images later on with the search a breeze!
That being said, there are times where you may want to add your own labels to items, such as when you need to quickly identify the status of items for your team or to sort organize them in a way that makes sense to you:
Which items have shipped?
Which items are backordered?
What still needs more work?
Who on the team is assigned the task of shopping a certain item?
Where will labels show up? Great question! A few different places:
From your library - search and filter by labels to find what you're looking for
From a board (*Pro plans only) - Quickly add items from your library to a board utilizing labels
Pin labels on board items so that the labels show up directly on the item and are shown with different view options
If you utilize templates for boards, your status settings will save from board to board!
Where will status labels NOT be visible? When you copy an item or board link to simply share the link directly (as opposed to INVITING to join the board)
